3. How Parody account can NEVER amount to impersonation under the Nigerian jurisprudence.
Sola was arrested on 23rd May 2020 for creating a parody account of Ex President Goodluck Jonathan but he wasn't charged to Court until 22nd June, 2020. It is elementary law that the police can't detain someone for more than 48 hours except by a Court Order.
The Police or Ex President Goodluck Jonathan didn't obtain a Court Order to detain Sola beyond 48 hours. I think it's the highest level of irrationality, cowardice & pretence to criticize Buhari over violation of human rights but embrace Jonathan when he does so.
But that's the unfortunate trend your "Social media influenzers" are pushing. They criticize Buhari for human rights violation but pat Ex President Goodluck Jonathan if he ha's related to human rights violation. I think it's the lowest level intelligence to play double standard.
How was Sola arrested?

Sola's right of privacy was clearly breached but "social media influnzers" are jubillating over the illagilty because the issue pertains to Ex President Goodluck Jonathan. This mediocrity must just stop!

Truth is, Jonathan's apologists are very desperate to make Jonathan appear "saintly" over Sola's case. But what has human rights got to do with political correctness? Why play politics with people's life & future. It's crazy & sad.
Nigeria has to swiftly move past distasteful politicking & mediocre advocacy. It will take us nowhere.

The requirement of the law is that Ex President Goodluck Jonathan must prove that Babatunde's parody account has caused disadvantage to himself or other persons.
