- 1 maminha de 1 1/2kg à 20kg
- 200g de mostarda
- 2 colheres (sopa) de sal grosso
- 1 cebola
ACOMPANHAMENTO

- 1kg de batatas pequenas
- 100g de margarina
- 1/2 xícara (chá) de salsa e cebolinha
- orégano
- 50g de queijo ralado
MODO DE FAZER

Coloque a maminha em uma assadeira forrada com papel alumínio. Besunte a carne com a mostarda e polvilhe com o sal grosso. Corte a cebola em pedaços e distribua sobre a carne.
Cubra com papel alumínio.
Leve ao forno pré-aquecido 180°C por 2 horas (se for picanha, por 2 horas e 30 minutos). A seguir, abra o papel alumínio e deixe a carne dourar. Sirva fatiada com batatas e farofa.
ACOMPANHAMENTO a frigideira derreta a margarina. Coloque as batatas cozidas e frite-as. Junte o orégano, salsinha, cebolinha e queijo ralado. Misture e desligue.
