Ahhh, that lovely moment when you start a project. Full of possibilities before it all starts to go pear-shaped.

Circuit planning

So the overall look is set.

And the basic testing of the circuit is sound. #warmongers incidentally the £10 I spent with this guy has given me enough LEDS for every project in the future

Routing for the wire runs done; hole cut for battery compartment.

Now the rough stuff with the wood is done I can start construction of the buildings.

The mean streets of Ubersreik.

So first wall completed, floor trimmed and fitted. I think the next step is brickwork for the left wall and false back wall.

First brickwork on the left house and back wall completed. Then added the timber frame.

Overall shape is starting to come together

Pushing in some bricks to give a more uneven surface. You can also see the steps leading to the door of the pub.

Which now means I can get a sense for that the whole will look like

Second building completed and made the door for the pub.

And so the basic construction apart from the roofs are done.

All done now, just needs painting!

Priming and airbrush base coats

So close to the end I can taste it. Miniatures and lighting

So the construction and basic painting is done. Now on to the miniatures.

Ghosts or skeletons for the bad guys?

Final weathering and windows added.

In line with the vote, the bad guys will be boneyboys. Currently primed.

Wiring done. All lights working. As soon as the figures are done, can seal it up.

And there we are - it's done; sealed up and ready for display. Will do proper pictures on the blog. #warmongers
