Back to the matter at hand. It’s crucial to be present & OCCUPY the season you are in. In this moment I am praying for the (church) leaders who are doing anything & everything but actually speaking directly TO this season & leading their people INTO mega Kingdom occupation. (1)
(2) What does it mean to “occupy”? Know the season you’re in. What is God saying NOW? For the gospel of Jesus never changes but seasons do (Dan 2:21-22). Maintain a position of authority and power. Christians are loving & humble but not weak or complacent. (Luke 19:19, Phil 4:19)
(3) Assume a position of love at all times but solid dominion. Loving but wise & uncompromising. Jesus alone is Lord. Others may disagree, some may be assigned to try and stop the gospel. (John 13:34, Matt 10:16) We occupy in confidence; God keeps & covers His servants—Psalm 5:12
(4) Enter into & maintain a position of spiritual AND secular power. (Romans 5:17, Deuteronomy 8:18, Philippians 4:19) — from this position, tend to family, purpose, & the Kingdom agenda (Luke 4:18-19, Matthew 6:33, Matthew 28:18-20) This is Kingdom Life.
(5) There appears to be a spirit of complacency, disbelief, maybe even a hope that this current chaos will “blow over”. That’s not how it works. Deborah must arise. Esther must speak up. David must shoot his shot. CHURCH LEADERS MUST ACTIVATE THEIR CHURCHES & CONTEND 4 THE FAITH!
(6) Pastors, it’s time to chuck the planned program. Forget about that new series. Don’t sleep on this. You are HERE FOR SUCH A TIME AS THIS. Yield unto the Holy Spirit and let Him lead! Return to your first love. And get a prophet in, STAT. Get an apostle in, STAT. Ask God who.
(7) When a situation looks hopeless or seems impossible, when enemy contingencies rally against us, an anointed prophet will release the word of the Lord—even call in the Fire if need be, to turn the tides, induce breakthrough, release economy/ healing/ signs / wonders/ miracles.
