- Massive scale: consumer experience same for everybody (ie: Steph Curry and the average American use the same iPhone)
- "Progress is abstraction."
- Too much abstraction: Makes things seem easy that are REALLY HARD (ie: Amazon boxes don't just fall from the sky and show up on your door step)
- Twitter is NOT personalized. No idea what your goals are
- Social media is optimized to consume as many minutes of your day as possible

- Current System: Data online siloed into company databases or behind paywalls
- Future System: Data ON-CHAIN instead of online. Decentralized data storage with digital signatures and time stamps
- TRUSTED facts of digital history
- All the content is free
- Monetize the community and actions outside it
- Content to train you and help you do REAL things in the world
