After getting depressed few times this year 2020... l have to think about all the incredible things God has ever done for me.
That thinking put a smile on my face... Joy and depression cannot reside in the same space.
* Didn’t you wake up today?
* Ain’t you still breathing?
* Don’t you have some measure of health?
* Ain’t you working?
* Do you have food on your table?
* You ain’t homeless?
That’s how you come back from depression. I am telling you, it works just try it.
