all. Most of the employees are not low performers but mostly pushed out due to office politics. Hence @narendramodi @PMOIndia @santoshgangwar @rsprasad @SanjayDhotreMP govt can use them in #contract basis (3,6,9,12 months or more) for govt projects, bridging the skill-set.. 2/n.
