Following is SS of RBI Annual Report. Figures speaks for themselves.. #PvtLtdSarkar and those supporting then keep emphasis on Fraud in PSBs and the need to Privatise PSBs to stop Frauds. 
As you can see in the SS,
🔴From FY 2018-19 Fraud amount in PSBs ⬆️ by 134.50%, whereas Private Banks saw a whopping ⬆️of 407.43%
Also,
🔴In comparison to, April-June 2019 to Apr-June2020,
PSBs saw a ⬇️ in Fraud Amount by 37.42%
Whereas Private Banks, saw a ⬇️ of mere 6.8%.

With 71,543 cr of frauds reported and 72,000 Cr issued for recapitalization in 2019, it is pretty clear that all that capital money is well down the drain and things are back to square one.
That too wouldn't have been necessary, if GOI hadn't asked RBI to go easy on Defaulter.

The point is, No Organization is immune to Fraud. To avoid fraud organization should be more vigilant and regular Audit should be done. Change in ownerships won't stop Fraud or Scam, Strict Guidelines and Zero Political interference could.
