Meet Brigadier Pieter van Dyk. Station Commander at #eldoradoPark station. He is the alleged source of corruption at the station and responsible for the death of #NathanielJulius.
If you would like to be a part of finding solutions to police brutality and other issues in SA.. Take a listen to our podcast where we explore such topics and aim to find solutions as the youth of South Africa.
At no point did I say that van Dyk murdered Nathaniel himself. Van Dyk is responsible for the officers actions below him. This isn’t the first time this has happened under his command.
He must be held responsible!
I do not condone or support any violent or illegal action against Pieter van Dyk.
He must be held accountable according to the laws of our constitution which is enforced by the justice system, not mob justice and violence.
We can find more constructive ways to hold our leaders accountable. These ways are what should be discussed in our RTs and replies. Violence, hate speech and illegal activity is not the solution.
If you feel that those who are responsible should be held accountable, please sign this petition.
We are going to elevate Africa to global superpower status over the next 50 years.
Here’s how 👇🧵
Never before have we had access to so much opportunity as Africans.
Africa has the youngest global population meaning that the talent which is going to take the world forward over the next lifetime will be found in Africa.
There’s one problem though…
The problem is access. Well … was access.
Everyday, more and more Africans get connected to the internet.
This provides an opportunity to gain access to education, opportunities and tools to achieve the vision of establishing Africa as a global superpower.
