This assertion is incorrect and misleading for many reasons. This CAG report itself says that the government this year said it would transfer the amount back to the relevant fund. This has now been done, so there is no question of the Centre misusing the amount. 1/n
The entire compensation amount due to States has been paid for 2017-18 and 2018-19. As can be seen here, there were no differences between the Centre & States regarding compensation in 2017-18, 2018-19, and for the first four months of 2019-20.

How were tweets asking for postponement of JEE NET getting 10s of thousands of RTs? Its hard to imagine those many 12th passed studious students aggressively tweeting on twitter. Sounds like this got major help from bots.
Can someone help in investigation?
(NEET*) Ignore typo and focus on the tweet. 10% seems to be genuine. most are those who are still bots.

It’s remarkable how the Congress, when attacking the Modi Govt over performance issues, manages to time and time again score only a self-goal. A case in point is there recent attack on banking sector issues, using former RBI governor Urjit Patel’s book. (1/5)
The Congress has conveniently left out what Mr Patel has said about the banking issues during the UPA time, so let me clarify. Here are a few quotes from the very same book the Congress is quoting from, on the pre-2014 banking system. (2/5)
