This is a "bash" command line script. On Linux it should work as-is, and the Mac is similar; on Windows, you'll need cygwin but my knowledge is old, maybe newer versions have bash built in.
Save as "capsonly", make it runnable ("chmod +x capsonly"); next are instructions.

1. Copy the text of the tweet.
2. Bring up command line prompt/terminal.
3. Type "capsonly" and space, then paste, and hit Enter.
4. Copy the resulting capital letters.
5. Open browser to gematrix.org.
6. Paste, and discern.

Also note, this is a work-in-progress; just added the "’" (a single quote, but "curved") to be removed in the 2nd-to-last "sed" command, as when I copied-and-pasted the above tweet, the results included that.
So I'll likely add more as times goes on but it's a good start.
