The pious purpose of incarnation of a Hindu Deity and pious purpose of devotees (building temple, donating land, sacrificing life in defense etc.) of countless ancient forefathers belonging to Temple worship sampradaya continues to be protected in the legal personality of Deity.
SC Ayodhya judgement has held that legal personality of Hindu Deity is to protect pious purpose of Deity incarnation and pious purpose of our ancestors who sacrificed to preserve it for sake of future generations. Hindu Deity right is thus Hindu Temple Worship Sampradaya right.
To say that legal personality of a Hindu Deity has no Art 26 fundamental rights is the same as saying Hindu Temple Worship Sampradaya has no rights under Art 26 which is adharmik due to above reasons and why there was devotee uprising against SC judgement
The SC 28th Sept judgement was also against principles of constitutional morality equated to Dharma by late eminent Jurist Nani Palkhivala because it was against the spirit of agreement to protect constitutional rights of Hindu Deities made by Sardar Patel
