I'll be live tweeting from a BLM rally in Rogue River today, which has become contentious locally.
Lots of guns present 
To be clear: I haven't seen any guns on the BLM side of the rally.
The pro-Trump side is using motorcycle engines to drown out BLM speakers. (This speaker is from Ashland. I got her name on tape but I'm in the field and can't retrieve it easily at the moment.)
It's really heated. This is the most heated thing I have ever covered. I'm genuinely afraid and will be sticking to the side lines as much as possible.
Counter protestor side
BLM side. Some armed counter protestors are on this side yelling at them.

An ice cream truck has arrived, so now there are a few burly-looking armed people eating ice cream cones.
Flare ups. Warning: there's a lot of offensive language and messages. This man has been very vocal. He says he's going to Salem soon to support something called "save the children."
Full disclosure: I gave water to someone's dog. That wasn't a show of support for either side. I am genuinely concerned that the dog needs water. He's been in the sun this whole time.
It's a Q Anon thing. I don't have the means to tweet intelligently about it right now. Check others' comments here if you want.
The organizers have announced that they're heading out. Things are wrapping up.
