I never wanted to leave this country and fought my friends who used to convince me that its better to leave this country if u r a woman. But what happened today, I don't want to take another breathe here
2/n I'm an activist, social worker, vlogger, student of law, biker, my parents don't put restrictions on me. Yet, it is difficult for me to travel in this country. I planned to travel Pakistan on my bike and it was my third bike trip today . . .
3/n I & my friend were on our way. We were supposed to stop at a dhabba few miles away & continue our journey after that. We were stopped by a police van, they checked all our documents but us sey bh dil nahi bhara . . .
1/n Alright. Apologies for not wording things in a correct way and thank you to a few who engaged meaningfuly. I used the wrong words while saying k Kaaliya is not racist. All I meant was saying kaaliya to Punjabis is not equal to racial oppression of Punjabi ethnicity.
2/n And even if it is not racial oppression, it doesn't make it right. Using kaaliya for someone is derogatory and offensive for people of black race (I never said that it is right to use this term)
3/n I was reacting to the replies of people underneath my tweet that how can you meet Ali Wazir, he called you Kaaliya. I don't endorse his views about the black race and using the word "kaaliya" to show his hatred against the people who they think are oppressing them
Your 100s and 1000s can really make a difference. No amount is big or small. Donate whatever you can!
Hello! A very close friend of mine has been denied aid or a loan from LUMS for his final and last semester. He’s an Anth-Soc major. [1]
He’s been paying for his own tuition for a while by working several jobs and with assistance from lums, but since he could not get any help from the university this year and he lost his job due to covid earlier this year, he’s struggling to pay his final semester’s fees. [2]
He doesn’t want to delay his graduation any further since he’s already had to take some time off because of family and financial issues. It would mean the world to him if you could either help crowdfund his last semester [3]
[1] My organization has started a scholarship for female students and to pay a tribute to @Malala , we have added a question in the form to ask the applicants about Malala Yousafzai.
[2]Anti Malala thought was created in an organized way in Pakistan. We cannot eradicate it from the root but we will make sure that the students we interact with, they must know about our Nobel Laureate, @MalalaFund& her efforts for female education in Pakistan
[3] This scholarship is of significance because we will have monthly mandatory seminars with the scholarship holders. We will share the history of our female heroes and others who are neglected or portrayed negatively despite their great efforts.

Shaheed Mohtarma Benazir Bhutto Medical University Larkana is forcing its students to sit in physical supplementary exams in the second week of August. There are some students from AJK & GB, it will take more than 24 hours for them to travel from their areas to Larkana.(1)
The university has already taken online supplementary exams of final professional MBBS, why not follow the same procedure for junior batches? And they are not even providing hostel/library. (2)
We request Sindh Education Minister and government to take online supplementary exams of SMBBMU students.
I am not Umer's sister who sleeps crying in her pillow every night with a burning desire to hug him just once again. I can't understand the grief of her parents. I don't know the plight of her brothers but yes it does when we have to create countless groups for Umer's justice (1)
on WhatsApp. My heart cries with every message just thinking how much it hurts the family of Umer whenever the notification goes to them. How would it feel for those whose son was brutally murdered to beg for justice? (2)
But what else we can do? It is not easy to fight in this system. Asad, one of the murderer, has filed a bail appeal and is scheduled to be heard on July 20. We want to record a protest on twitter on July 18th. (3)
