1) Junta-PF & @edmnangagwa are compensating former white farmers, mostly of British extraction, for the role Britain played in "Operation Quartz 2.0" (Nov 2017 Coup).The British were not only coup planners as shown by the @CatrionaLang1 Blacks Club meeting on Dec 22 2017 but also 
2) shown by the fact that they were the first ones on the crime scene to cover up their tracks. Britain first sent its envoy @RoryStewartUK, the first western govt official to visit Zim, after the coup, for @edmnangagwa inuguaration after the coup then @hbaldwin immediately
3) after. @MinisterSBMoyo & Patrick Chinamasa, the uncouth & militant Zanu-PF acting spokesperson, were also immediately summoned to Britain where they were promised Commonwealth readmission if they behaved like good puppets, possibly by reversing the land reform.
4)Some might wonder why the Coup was labelled, in British circles, as "Operation Quartz 2.0"? Operation Quartz was an intial attempt to topple Mugabe in 1980 by ED with the help of some Rhodies which did not succeed caz the Queen, then, loved Mugabe. After the
5) land grab, Mugabe fell out of favour with the Queen who didn't mind RGM & ED Gukurahundi atrocities as long as her kith & kin retained their land. It's very apparent that the Brits will always support any rogue regime in Zim as long as their kith & kin get back 'their' land.
6) So a cornered Mnangagwa is ignoring the Covid-19 induced economic recession other jurisdictions are grappling with to mortage the country & pay our erstwhile colonizers in return for their support. Zimbabweans can die from Covid-19, hunger & other diseases and
7) @edmnangagwa won't mind as long as the colonisers are compensated so Britiain turns a blind eye to his increasingly diabolic & murderous reign. Of course the opaque 'compensation' scheme presents another looting window for ED & @MthuliNcube , that's an added incentive.
8) To make matters worse, the compensation assessment & payments are being done illegally, outside an ACT of Parliament as provided for in the MDC-Zanu-PF negotiated 2013 constitution. There is no Act of Parliament operationalising the compensation, just press statements from
@MthuliNcube and Anxious Masuka. The rate at which the Junta govt is breaking the law in Zimbabwe is breathtaking.
