Why would you run away from a shooting then run back past it? would you not keep run away from the gunfire incase there is more? unless you knew the danger was over....
Presumed shot caller 3 was on the corner in the very first frame.
I believe 3 'black hoodie guy' knew what was going on but seems too far away to call it, 1 skater also. Perhaps shot caller was in the red car that shooter 2 got out of.

I cant see him until 0:07 after the white truck passes which means possibly he was right up there close to jay and the shooter. he comes running from their direction.
He runs away and then turns around and runs by the scene......to check it out to see if they got Jay...because he helped. I believe he is the shot caller.
I think "we got a trumper right here" is "we got a couple right here" because jay had his wingmate with him.
Also the shot caller says "he maced me" so if he was close enough to make that claim, he had to be closer than what F12 guy is when you hear that said. so...

I circled the wrong guy for 3...... THIS guy steps off the curb and walks to about in front of that tree and then you hear the shots.....so I no longer think he is shot caller because of the "he maced me" (would have to be closer) but I do believe he was involved, suspicious path
