They are named Jamiyah and madakhila in relation to rabee al madkhali and his teacher aman al Jami

They publicly started in the 90s and spread to many nations and their dawah and manhaj is centred around 2 things
- full loyalty to the ruling authorities
- complete obedience to the rulers and defending their actions, policies no matter what and attacking anyone who disagrees

Their first appearance was during the gulf war where they defamed all scholars who were against allowing American troops in KSA. The council of senior scholars agreed that allowing US troops is a good thing but they didn’t have an issue with the scholars who disagreed

The madkhalis went against both sides and created an ideology that agrees with allowing US troops but completely defames any person who disagrees with this ruling Rabee expressed this in his book, “ defending against the assault of atheists and taking help from non-Muslims.”

in the 90s, Rabee was incredibly influential in Saudi Arabia (and he still has a large following among Muslims in Europe). Much of this influence derived from the support he received from the Saudi government

And in the 2011 revolution, they made fatawa forbidding people from going against him and telling people to stay home

After the fall of Ghaddafi's regime, they continued to spread their ideology and formed a militia (Katibat at-Tawheed) and joined Haftar later, making him inherit Ghadaffis position. In 2016 Rabee al Madkhali officially supported them and called Salafis to join Haftar.

The CIA in 2006 considered supporting rabee al madkhali's ideology since it fits their agenda and their goal of keeping Muslims under oppressive secular regimes and erasing the concept of jihad. They support the ideology now, most likely.

The CIA purchased Haftar after being captured in the war with Chad and he lived in America for about 20 years until the 2011 revolution, it all connects

Among the meanings of murjia in the old books; the scholars call the one who follows the ruler in disobedience a murji, who Justifies for them what Allah has forbidden.

Sheikh of Islam Ibn Taymiyyah said: “ the way of Murjiah and their ilk is to follow the course of obeying the rulers completely, even if they are not righteous” (Majmooh Al-Fatwa, Ibn Taymiyyah: 28/508).

Ibrahim Al Nakhai said : And when these people fall in the sin of irjaa ; Their path of thinking deviates from Ahlul Sunnah; You see them call ahlul sunnah who disagree with them in their thinking and describe them as khawarij (The Sunnah , Abdullah Ibn hanbal 313/1)

Saed Ibn Jubair said: the murjiah are the jews of the qibla
There isn’t an enemy they didn’t support, a fasiq they didn’t ally with, an oppressor they didn’t help ,or a caller to the truth they didn’t fight

The Jami madkhalis are known for helping the biggest enemies of Islam like France/Russia/USA, supporting every tyrant in the region like Sisi/Haftar/ and slandering every scholar who calls to the truth (all scholars imprisoned by KSA)
