@WhoWouldWin13 For Starters, Jim Raynor lives in the 26th century, during a time when technology is FAR more advanced than that of Rita's time. Everything is more advanced, and no doubt the study of metallurgy has improved and advanced as well, enabling humans to develop alloys far stronger
@WhoWouldWin13 than any in the modern world. Along with this, Jim Raynor is in a combat suit that is far larger, and far stronger, than Rita's. True, Rita's combat suit gives her enhanced strength, and arguably greater speed and agility, but Raynor's combat suit could enable a person to
@WhoWouldWin13 demolish a house in a few seconds.

Rita's speed and agility, however, should be considered here, as well as her combat experience (having died countless times in France, only for time to be reversed each time, with only her knowing it). Her blade is ginormous and lethal.
@WhoWouldWin13 However, Raynor's armor will no doubt prove impervious to it. Indeed, Rita's blade would probably crumple on it. She could stab through his glass visor, but in order to do that, she has to get passed his gun, and Rita's combat suit doesn't offer enough protection to withstand
@WhoWouldWin13 an initial volley. A Zergling could take more bullets! However, she could dodge, run around and then jump on Raynor's back, trying to cause havoc. She won't just rush up or let Raynor shoot. Nevertheless, his tech, armor, strength and weapons superiority will win him the day.
@WhoWouldWin13 Thus, I conclude...

RAYNOR RUNS RITA OVER WITH HIS VULTURE!!!!!!!!!
