First, babble incessantly in public about how gloriously not-racist you and your company have always been. That makes it easier to blindside your Black employees and franchisees with your totally diabolical, F.W. de Klerk shit. 
Then, rush black franchisees into take-it-or-leave-it deals to acquire shitty stores in Walmarts by reminding them that no matter how "smart" they are they will always be [no prizes for guessing the racial slur]
Or sell them on buying one of those random locations without a drive thru that you always seem to pass right after a kid falls asleep in the car (that are always located in neighborhoods just iffy enough that even a terrible moms can't leave the kids in the parking lot)
Then, give the new black franchisees from whom you have just extracted a half million dollars cash, six months to cough up hundreds of thousands of *additional* dollars to renovate stores that white franchisees refused to renovate because they didn’t make enough money.
Finally when those franchisees ask for a token bit of relief, like a security guard or break on the rent, brutally sabotage their reputations and blackmail them into selling out at a loss.
As you might imagine (and as the 2007 subprime mortgage crisis showed) perpetuating this cycle of financially ruining Black franchisees can be much more profitable than simply extracting slightly onerous fees from white ones year after year. A case for Economic Hate Crime Laws?
Oh also, although McDonalds' franchisees of all colors widely loathe corporate rn, white franchisees have historically been able to take out their frustrations on Black McDonald's executives.
…but since then all the Black McDonald's executives have pretty much been purged.
