Building strong institutions requires the will of all.Although challenges exist within the public & private sectors,I believe we can walk this road to actualizing the dream of a great nation.We must:
1. Look to solve problems &impact lives - having the right ambition& values.

2. Attack our ambitions with passion & fearlessness.
3. Embrace failure; leaning to the lesson rather than regret.
4. Focus on building institutions around processes, systems, & good governance,not individuals.

5. Ensure the private sector engages the public sector in a more productive manner, with a view to educating in order to review laws and policies as well as partnering to drive synergies in strategy and execution.
Collectively, our quest must be to ensure it is possible for every Nigerian to live in a society where prosperity and purpose is attainable.
