URGENT🆘Phineas arrived in TX PalmValley Edinburg soaking wet, not using hind legs , possibly hit by a car 😱According to PVAS "He has bruising to his inner thighs & injury to his anus. After radiographs were taken, our vet determined he has a pelvic fracture with hip luxation"😭
