Anyone else remember that one guy on RPGnet who would post about his game, designed to teach kids about politics, that had Palestinians as ogres and the IDF as paladins? I forget his name but I remember him vividly
What I especially remember is that he felt this was a nuanced take that accurately depicted both sides in this real world conflict and nothing could really convince him that that's not what he was making

It feels sometimes like the industry I'm in has come so, so far.
Then again, this is a guy who wrote for WotC until comments he'd made about Gor, a fantasy setting entirely built around subjugation and sexual slavery of women, would be cool for kids
