Your first mistake was thinking anyone at TED has credibility. Put a homeless degenerate on stage and everyone will listen as long as you dress him up right and claim he’s got credentials.
There have been a total of zero good TED talks. Sam Hyde exposed it for what it is.
It’s a scam by rich people with dumb ideas who need a platform to promote their dumb ideas.

This post was a mistake. David Leavitt, a notorious "journalist" (not really, but that's another story) and liberal troll challenged his audience to post their selfies to prove once and for all that liberal women are hotter than conservatives. I make no judgment.

A thread. 🧵

🧵 CANCEL CULTURE

For all the pearlclutching that liberals and “enlightened” centrists are doing over the right’s attempts to hold leftists accountable for calling for the literal m*rder of President Trump—denouncing it as “cancel culture,” we seem to have forgotten what cancel culture actually is and how it was weaponized against anyone who didn’t toe the progressive line.

Let’s begin with Palmer Luckey, the founder of Oculus, who was fired from Meta for donating to Trump.

The media slandered him as a member of the “far-right” and Zuckerberg wrote a fake apology letter in his name.Image
Canadian PM Justin Trudeau arrested and froze the bank accounts of many who exercised their right to free speech in opposition to his vaccine mandates. Liberals were notably silent about this while simultaneously accusing Putin of censoring his critics. Image
John Gibson, CEO of Tripwire, a video game company, was fired from his job for making pro-life comments supporting a law in Texas. Image

Excuse me, Apple, why is the calculator wrong?

When you key in 50 + 50 and hit the equals key, it’ll give you 100. Multiply that by 2 and you get 200. That’s correct.

But type in 50 + 50 * 2 and it spits out 150. What gives?
The order of operations is American and therefore wrong. PEMDAS is retarded.
In before a community notes abuser tells me it’s the order of operations as if people in the replies aren’t already doing that. It’s my OPINION that the order of operations ought to be simplified like it is in Casio calculators.

Google's Gemini is truly astoundingly racist against every group except for blacks, which it appears to have set up safeguards for.

I asked it the same question: "what are the negative stereotypes associated with ___" and these were the responses. 🧵 Image

In 2020, the medical establishment came out in support of the Black Lives Matter protests during the Summer of Floyd. They claimed that racism was killing more blacks than COVID. They would later call for the unvaccinated to be fired from their jobs and for lockdowns to continue. ImageImageImageImage
Journalists agreed. Protests for George Floyd were crucial during the pandemic. Lockdowns were good. If you were for racial justice, you had to be out in the streets, protesting. If you wanted to work or just go outside, you were a selfish grandma-killer. ImageImageImageImage
You should hate all these people for what they did with the scamdemic. They locked you down, made your kids intellectually stunted by forcing them out of classrooms, destroyed your businesses, and sent the economy into a recession that isn’t about to end anytime soon.
