People are like icebergs. There’s more to we humans than meets the eye. You see, only about 15% of an iceberg is visible above sea level whereas the other 85% is hidden below surface.
“You only get to see what I want you to see,” is one of the eminent thoughts in a lot of our minds today. And while these thoughts can be positive, most of the time we do this for self-rewarding and self-gratifying reasons.
There’s the story of the Korean Scientist who rose quickly to national fame in the late 90s. He’d achieved this due to an unmatched talent and skill which he possessed only to lose all of his life’s work in a blink because he lacked character.
Your character will go a long way to sustain your reality. Don’t always follow popular opinion only lose your essence in the process. Stay true to who you really are. Always think before you speak. Be kind always!
Leadership Expert, John Maxwell rightly said that, “no one can expect to succeed without strong character below the surface to protect his talent and sustain him during difficult times.”
Today, I’d tell you that while you’re grooming yourself to become someone of value, do not faint at every sight of difficulty. Instead, employ the power of a disciplined heart and make the (your) decision to grow through.
You must create your own reality and you must start from who you are and why you are. That is, ‘your true self’. Don’t waver at every opinion, shaking and cowering to the fear of being unaccepted by the majority.
Perhaps you looked right, looked left but couldn’t find any support and it seemed like you were all alone.
BE STRONG!🙂
(A Thread)
But you ask yourself, “How can I be strong when my relationships are failing, when I am loosing a loved one, when my work is unproductive still OR when I haven’t eaten today (and have no hope for food)?”
If you ever found yourself in any of these states, then the proverb
“It’s easier said than done” makes perfect sense for me to describe how being strong in such situations can be.
Too many times I have said (also heard) the words, “If only I knew...” and it gets me thinking, 😒
I am well aware that there are those who never take shared opportunities seriously OR they simply have given in to the Bandwagon Effect or doing things. 😬
Whatever be the case, I am here for those who (in the coming future) will say the words, “If only I knew...” OR “If only someone told me...”
I am here in your future to stop you from saying the hurtful words.
It’s been over 30 months and counting since I started to trade Cryptocurrencies professionally. And today, I am privileged to announce to you that after 7+ months of meticulous research, it’s finally here. My new book: The Secret Key To Crypto Wealth.
So much work has gone into this project to make sure that all essentials you’ll need to succeed as a Crypto Trader is duly captured. It has been rightly said that experience in the crypto market cannot be overrated, and you can bet that I’ve got plenty of those down my sleeves 😎
This year alone, I have personally coached over 100 persons across Africa and another 1400+ others in group coaching sessions. The results are nothing short of mind-blowing. As you have also confirmed that my trade signals (and analysis) holds a high 84%+ accuracy.
“It becomes interesting when you become interested” is where I’d start from...
One important skill you can acquire for your own success is ‘Learning How to Learn’
Here’s some suggestions of how you can do this. I’ve gathered up 4 of them here in this thread for your perusal 🙂
1️⃣ ALWAYS LISTEN MORE THAN YOU SPEAK
A good measure for gauging how people form thoughts is to first listen to them. There’s a rare ability embedded in using the knowledge from listening to people for persuasion or enlightenment.
2️⃣ UNDERSTAND THAT LEARNING ITSELF IS A PROCESS
The greatest enemy of learning is knowing. Nevertheless, the goal of all learning should be ACTION, not knowledge.
What path do we tread in a world full of envy, vile hatred, anger and so much greed?
What legacy should we want to leave behind?
To understand that, ‘Death, a destination that we all share’ is the common door which transcends us to immortality...
...and to do our very best before it’s our turn in line to enter in.
Our footprints will be a map that others who come after will follow - so we should (and must) want to lead right.
My reverence goes to the change makers, the selfless ones who give all they have and all they are to leave this world (and people) better than they meet it.
I’m elated to a place of nirvana, yet I must remember not to show fear - I must will to live out my purpose.
You hear this👆🏼every time and I dare to tell you today that you must.
It’s truly a marvelous thing to find something that you’re willing to live for and spend your life doing it.
WHY you are is much more bigger than ‘what’ they say you are.
It is not news anymore that when you set out to achieve something OR become someone of value and give back to the world and your community, there will always be people bold enough to disregard you.
They are always there to ‘bad-mouth’ and talk your dreams and aspirations down.
DON’T ALLOW THEM.
Instead, push forward with all the strength you’ve got and live purposeful.
