It appears @FordFischer has confirmed that Wohl's cell phone number ends in 91, which would match the data linked to the newly-created Twitter account that first tweeted images of the fake raid.
It also looks like Wohl has alluded to @FordFischer that he did indeed run the account that first tweeted images of the fake raid.
The email that registered the account appears to be "jacobkmra@gmail.com," which would line up with the partial email on the password reset page.
