I have an MBA, I’m a former paratrooper/ project manager team leader for the US ARMY whom received an ARCOM for rebuilding the operations department and tactical operations deployment team overseeing 3.6 million in equipment a task that was not able to be completed for years.
I have five years experience in the banking industry selling financial products winning countless awards/ streamlining systems yet I can’t get entry level jobs in Finance nor Project management. I’ve sent out so many applications that statistically shows “white priveledge”
Does not exist. I verified this by taking an additional Project Management class where 75% of the class is black, and all have positions but are now required to get certified. These folks have Jobs with no experience/ no advanced degrees/ some no degrees and here I am jobless.
White privilege is a myth, we are now actively discriminated against, “easier to fire” due to race, and additionally there are no required quotas to hire us/ or tax incentives.

IT project management and knows nothing of it as he admitted. I paid 595 dollars to find out that diversity quotas are racist, and people should be hired on experience, character, and education. Unfortunately it’s skin color in 2020. I’m not racist, I’m f*ckin pissed.
