You know those moments in comics and movies when the villain is caught on tape and that tape is played for all to hear, usually broadcast through Times Square or as some internet meme or whatever, and it’s like, a huge “gotcha“ moment for the villain (I’ve even used this trope)?
I have come to believe that large swaths of the population STILL won’t believe Lex Luthor is a POS, no matter what he‘s caught admitting on any sort of leaked global broadcast. Time to rethink LOTS of comic book super-hero story conceits, I think.
(Hell, I used to HATE that Lex Luthor was ever on the Justice League, because I was like, what fool would ever believe he had reformed/was never evil in the first place — and now I see tens of millions of them would, happily.
