I believe it would still make petrol cheaper in Nigeria when you remove the shipping cost, expensive labour cost abroad , cut the distribution margin, as well as fees at the ports of Nigeria and the importing country . I expect fuel to sell for about N100 per litre when crude oil
is $40/ barrel , or around N150 when oil is $60/ barrel.

The shipping rate of moving crude oil from Nigeria to the refineries in Europe is $30,000 a day. These companies then add labour cost of refining, electricity bills, taxes, insurance and profit margins to the crude oil.
After which they add another cost of refining the products, taxes at their seaports , insurance , $20,000 daily transport cost of Suezmax.

When a $36/barrel of oil gets to Nigeria ,cost of refined oil and shipping from Europe become about N86.84 per litre , which is $379.37/MT
At the seaport, NIMASA, Jetty Throughput Charge, Storage, Financing, Lightering , NPA ,all combine to move the petrol towards N95.16 per litre.

The distribution margins of say N19/litre is added to make it N114 per litre. But since Dangote is buying directly from Niger Delta
I expect the shipping cost of moving oil to and from (PMS) Northwest Europe or America over many weeks, to be removed.
Also, the extra charges at two seaports will be eliminated. All that expenses out of the way will take out about N20--N30/litre from the cost of PMS locally.

Seeing tweets that say Atiku will lose woefully if presented is so refreshing, but I know it's not that easy. Because there's no Buhari to provide us with 15 million "sure-banker" votes. The ruling party needs to strategize and try to regain the love of the north. Atiku might win
....If the unrest and bandits attacks continue from now till 2022 [he's the major political beneficiary of the killings ]. PMB needs to build more federal government projects across the geopolitical zones in the north to balance out the widespread projects going on in the south.
The Abuja-Kaduna-Kano road needs expedited action , a new railway in the north needs to be built before the next election. The agricultural programs in the north by Buhari are major plus ,and they need to be consolidated upon. End the banditry or APC will lose the election.

Good "Ebening" Marlians. let's do Grammatical Analysis of this verse :

"وَمَا كَانَ رَبُّكَ مُهْلِكَ الْقُرَىٰ حَتَّىٰ يَبْعَثَ فِي أُمِّهَا رَسُولًا يَتْلُو عَلَيْهِمْ

آيَاتِنَا وَمَا كُنَّا مُهْلِكِي الْقُرَىٰ إِلَّا وَأَهْلُهَا ظَالِمُونَ"
Continuation of the verse here...

And Never did your Lord destroy the cities.

وَ مَا كَانَ رَبُّكَ مُهْلِكَ الْقُرَى

🔹Till ( حَتَّى )

He Sent ( يَبْعَثَ ) The word Yab'asa is naturally (يَبْعَثُ ) Yab'asu in the present tense.
But it became a mansub of (يَبْعَثَ )

because of the latent AN (أَنْ ) after Hatta (حَتَّى /till).

It is Hatta An Yab'asa ( حَتَّى أَنْ يَبْعَثَ ) as a grammar rule.

#Lesson_1_Beginners.
In Arabic there are three 3 endings of a Noun( vowel signs on the last letter of a word) to show their functions.

E.g. ٌ dun, ً dan, ٍdin.

1. Muhammadun (مُحَمَّدٌ) Muhammed.
2. Muhammadan (مُحَمَّدً) Muhammed.
3. Muhammadin (مُحَمَّدٍ) Muhammed.

[1]
The first ending in ( ٌ dun) is called Marfu ( مَرْفُوعٌ) or Nominative Case and can be a subject.

The second ending in (ً dan) is called Mansub ( مَنْصُوبُ) or Accusative, and can be the object or a verb.

The last one ending in ( ٍٍ din ) is called Majrur ( مَجْرورٌ) ...

[2]
.......which be a possessor of a thing or coming after preposition.

Examples:

Nominative, the noun ending takes Dammah.
Żahaba Muhammadun ila Suqi ( ذَهَبَ مُحَمَّدٌ إلى السُّوقِ ) Muhammed went to the Market.
