Big day here. After 7 years as Corigin Ventures, we are officially rebranding as Alpaca VC today (@AlpacaVC). Because as former founders ourselves, we are there with you on the journey. More about it… 1/x 
2/ First, the why. After reaching out to the market for feedback, it became clear our old name caused confusion about our structure, and what we invest in.
3/ A lot has changed since, including a refinement of strategy, and incredible additions to the team. The early stage venture market has evolved as well (read…more firms!)
4/ This was an opportunity for us to build out a brand from the ground up, that incorporated our values as investors. Founders are our customers, and they will always come first. We are on the journey with you from Day One.

8/ Some fun facts about Alpacas: They come in 22 different colors. Their wool is both fire and waterproof. They form herds with different species, including goats, sheep, and llamas. And they can die of loneliness.
9/ Shoutout to @EricaAmatori and @aubriepagano who spearheaded this effort. Couldn’t be more proud to have them both as part of the herd.
