Ten states are on fire, and this idiot thinks we just need better forest management. Of course, he neglects to mention most of the forested land out west is federal property.
Our democracy is under attack because authoritarian populists told people that our elections were rigged. Trump didn’t start those false rumors, Bernie Sanders did. He enabled this assault on our democracy from the very beginning, and we should never let him forget.
He is right about one thing, though, the assault on our democracy has been brewing for decades, and he’s been a part of it since day one of his career.
This is false. He does not have the power to cancel all student debt by executive order, as he has explained multiple times. Repetition of a lie does not make it more true. Also, what can be done by EO can be undone by EO. Try thinking longer term.
This is utterly insane, and it does not represent mainstream Democratic Party thinking in any way. This is dangerous, and every Democratic Member of Congress should condemn this. I will be calling @tedlieu in the morning to make sure he does.
