If you live in a country where if the dominant culture has proven to be successful by hard work and strong moral character, and you don't model the behaviors that make it successful, then it isn't the fault of the dominant culture if you aren't successful.
economics.mit.edu/files/969
If you can't integrate into the dominant culture by respecting and abiding by its laws, adhering to established rules of civil conduct, getting basic education (offered free in America), developing a marketable skill, living within your means,
following its successful social model by getting married, living in two parent families, teaching values and discipline in children, then your failure is on you.

He was navy, I was Marine, both of us 20 years before, told him I was going to re-enlist, he said he would pray.
I called a friend in Australia, me and her watched the towers fall, I was in tears, I couldn't help at all,

HAMDANIA: OFFICIAL DOCUMENTS TELL A DIFFERENT STORY WHEN COMPARED TO THE MEDIA ACCOUNTS. WHY?
The Pendleton 8
(A) WHAT WERE THE CIRCUMSTANCES LEADING UP TO THE PATROL THAT NIGHT? WERE THEY COMMON EVENTS OR WAS THIS A SPECIAL PATROL TO SEARCH OUT A SPECIFIC PERSON AS THE OFFICIAL CHARGES CLAIMED?
The government’s case was that the patrol lead by Sgt Hutchin’s, Plymouth, Massachusetts, was after a specific insurgent named Saleh Gowad, and when he was not found at the location of his house, a random house was chosen and an innocent man was taken and killed.

Ron winter is a friend of mine and he's a Vietnam veteran and he was involved in operation Dewey Canyon and this is his latest book and I highly recommend it
Ronaldwinterbooks.com
From the perspective of a peace time Marine as myself, the books I am most closely drawn to are historical in nature and best augmented with personal anecdotes by those who are personally related to the events described therein.
In Ron Winter's latest book, "Victory Betrayed", a historical account of a pivotal battle of 1969 Vietnam, "Operation Dewey Canyon" is laid out in detail.
