Return to Stadium
- Club has been ready for Test Event for a few weeks
- Plans submitted on same day as SRU
- Hopeful of fans at matches soon
- Cross section of fans
- Corporate, premium, regular & disabled supporters
- Start with 700 fans
- Masks worn throughout match
Supporter Banners
- Area too big to cover
- Not enough staff
- Against protocol to allow fans to set up
- Inclement weather coming
Survey
- Push for all fans / season ticket holders to communicate through email or phone
- Quicker to get message out
- Not much notice before Test Events
- Ross County given go ahead on Tuesday & had to be ready by Saturday
Safety Protocols
- Club have Gold Standard
- Classified as Large Event
- 2m distance throughout
Test Event 1
- No singing or shouting
- Best Practice studied: Disney, Blackpool Pleasure Beach & German Football
- Geographical location set by Government
- Guidance from the Government, where possible local to the stadium
Test Event 2
- If families from same household attend they would be allowed to sit together
- 2m distance from other fans in all directions
- Roughly 4 seats between each spectator
Pass to Paradise
- Virtual Season Ticket
- Games cannot be broadcast hence streaming
- App not an option as would take too long to develop
- Most issues have come from using Smart TV
- All very new so learning & adapting as best we can

It was a mixture of in person and Zoom with a large number of representatives from the Club, including acting CEO Michael Nicholson.

• Club look forward to introduction of VAR
• No commitment on DoF or Head of Football Operations
