YUP, it's ME, ya boi, back on this old chestnut. Sorry if it's annoying! Believe me that it is equally annoying for us librarians and archivists to be continually cast as servant-colleagues!
I hate feeling like I have to say this all the time. It makes me feel egotistical and demanding. But I also hate watching colleagues get sidelined.
(And thank you to all the folks who are saying such nice things about archivists and librarians in response--you're very kind, and I feel certain you're not the source of this)
