Yan is affiliated with two of Bannon’s non-profits. Recall, Bannon was just indicted for using a non-profit for illegal activities. The pair of nonprofits here, are based in NYC: Rule of Law Society and Rule of Law Foundation.

Remember, Bannon was yanked off a yacht off the coast of Connecticut. The yacht turned out to belong to Bannon’s Chinese billionaire benefactor.
