To have a home run, the best way to come up with a startup idea is to look at every day items their nuances and the annoyance factors associated with them. Then see if reducing the friction and scaling it are practicable. If so, you have market product fit. For example
Every one has white space behind them for the billions of zoom hours of meetings that are happening. Why isn't there some one doing a trackable background product with in call ad displays for zoom. Talk about captive audiences? Likely not easy else every one would do it.

An other thing one sees every day are tweets that say going live in ten mins on fb or yt or where ever but tweet was from an hour ago or so. A method or tweet format that allows to show one a timer perhaps via @TwitterAPI that counts down time to live so ppl know upcoming stuff.
The list is as far and wide based on what u think ud like to solve for . With a power crisis looming a local site that has a solar calculator and base cost + install guide for helping ppl figure out benefits of solar by being a lead funnel to equipment suppliers=monetization
An app that highlights based on user input all the places citizens are being harassed by traffic police etc a waze app but for local issues. Instead of cop speed traps actual cop trap identification to save citizens grief built on real time data. Monetization by subs + ads
We have to think a about hyper local and it will become evident what we can build for or solve for. Ten mins a day on every ride to and from where ever u are headed to every interaction and every wfh activity is an opportunity to discover the boring.Find your boring & monetize it
More than anything it's a mindset thing. If you can train ur self to be captain obvious and filter the noise & capture the signals you will be on a path to scale & monetization but if u get lost in the noise u will likely be like the rest of us who talk in problems vs solns
