Prior to the act of 1869 6 Justices sat on the courts. With both Puerto Rico & District of Columbia seeking Statehood, it is feasible the next Congress can not only redistrict the circuits- but expand the amount of justices in SCOTUS

Aside of COVID, our most serious problem as a society is misinformation that causes fear, anger, and depression. This leads to abuse, threats, violence, and death. 1
We have uneducated and unqualified persons generating false info on trans care, and also 🎯 doctors, nurses, and hospitals. There has already been one bomb threat. Truth and facts about trans care needs to replace fear-mongering. 2
Musk taking over Twitter has worsened that. It will only get worse and someones going to die. Just look at abortion doctors that have been murdered hat and the Clinics bombed and burned down.

Too many ppl have had the misfortune of growing up with two parents married or divorced that constantly fought, that thought the other was always wrong, to blame, and that their way was the correct and only way. What hell the kids endured. 1
The kids after a time roll their eyes and tune them out. Leave the nest for college, marriage, or just for the plain peace and quiet they never knew. What makes it worse is parents of opposite political parties. CONSTANT FIGHTING. 2
What's happens to kids raised like this? THEY REJECT PARTY POLITICS AND BECOME INDEPENDENTS. Bc we grew hearing BOTH SIDES. We know that NOT EVERYONE gets what they want, and it takes give and take 3

As midterms approach special interest compete for 1st consideration. Common sense dictates threat to life issues come first, and that wld be protecting 1/3 of the nation from death due to a virus. Problem is that only the vulnerable wear masks. 1
Vunerable Americans have been on the equivalent of house arrest for more than 2.5 yrs. They can not
- fly
-shop
-get dental work
-go to clinics
-go to hospitals and more
Risk free. 2
It makes no sense why Americans cant wear masks and stay home if infected. It makes no sense why public places and hospitals lifted masks requirements. It makes no sense that POTUS and VP stopped wearing masks. Except that 2/3 s of Americans
have no conscience. 3

Ppl knew in 1918, death from infection affected the weak. Weak defined as the very young and very old. That's why they held a parade in Phildephia against the advise of public health officials. They after all young and healthy.1
Medical practioners per historical notes in the Uk and USA warned leaders and the populace. But they knew better, life must go on and they opened both Countries. 2
Per autoposies of the lungs of multiple known victims, the 1918 variant was a very lethal recombinant.
That did as warned ,took the lives of 50 million mostly healthy from 20-40 years old. 3

Above is just one ruling that cost lives and changed HCWs responses in good Samaritan incidents. No longer shielded 100s of 1000s have chosen to bypass mvas,gsws,choking,midair arrests, and much more. Simple were not going to add liability when we're off 2
3 It's been more than a decade and group of ppl I know have counted 100s of incidents. COVID-19 thinned the ranks of hcws in hospitals and now the Vaught cases sealed that coffin. 3
