Leeds have been absolute joy to watch. Here is my 4 point analysis of their performance today. #lufc#EPL
1) Leeds are fast, organized and highly energetic in their game. 2) Leeds can do quick and effective counter attack which can be seen in their last goal scored by Costa. Quick exchanges between the Meslier, Harrsion and Bamford made the goal.
3) Leeds are excellent at high pressing. They are quick to press the players with the ball. 4) Leeds high press leaves many gaps in their structure which can be easily exploited with one right pass. Fulham exploited these gaps in 2nd half.
5) Leeds lost a very good defender in Ben White but if Beilsa manages to fix that leaky defense which has conceded 7 goals in 2 games. Leeds have the potential to give any team run of their money. 6) Bamford looks to be settling in nice in Premier league.

Chelsea has been linked with Declan Rice from start of the transfer window. As per several reports, Lampard is said to be a huge fan of the Hammers’ captain. In this thread, we’ll be comparing Declan Rice with the midfielders in the Chelsea squad. (1)
We’ll be comparing players who have played at least 1000 mins in the Premier League last season All the data is from the Premier League only. With Barkley out on loan and Mount playing in different roles throughout the season that leaves with Jorginho, Kante, Kovacic. (2)
Kovacic:
Kovacic played a total of 2073 mins in 31 matches (23 starts) scoring 1 goal and 3 assists. Completing 72.4 passes from 80.2 attempted passes giving a pass completion rate of 90.2 per 90 mins. Kovacic made 29 key passes and 176 passes in the opposition’s final third.(3)
1) Southampton maintained a good high defensive line. Son, Kane, and Moura were caught offside on several occasions. Moura was too narrow in the first half not providing any width. #PremierLeague#SOUTOT#Spurs
2) Che Adams was not particularly clinical as Ings up top missing two great opportunities to open the scoring. Djenpo created some chances and also hit the woodwork once. #PremierLeague#SOUTOT#Spurs
Here is my 6 point breakdown #ARSWHU game. @Arsenal@WestHam.
First half : 1) Arsenal showed good organization as the team, maintaining their shape even after losing the ball at times.
2)Arsenal showed good fluidity in their passing. With Saka, Auba making the right runs on the left flank it was only a matter of time before they opened scoring. 3) Quick counter attack by @WestHam for the equalizer just before the half time.
Second half: 4) West Ham started the 2nd half very well. Antonio Bowen, Rice and Soucek pressing high up the pitch and not giving time to the Quaterlet of Holding, Gabriel, Xhaka and Ceballos who are essential to @Arsenal build up play.
4 reasons why James Rodriguez will be really important for Everton this season.
1) He is the focal point of most @Everton attacks. Look how the moment Allan passes the ball to James Rodriguez, Richardlison and Digne start to make their forward runs anticipating a through ball.
2) He can soak up the pressure and score important goals. He is surrounded by 4 WBA players. Yet he scores a sublime goal just before Halftime.
