1/ "Conservatives" impotently dithering about whether to support a Ginsburg replacement vote: Hanging in the balance is whether court, viz. J. Roberts, continues to block application of equal protection, due process & First Amendment to strike down overreaching state COVID laws:/
2/The other four "conservative" justices have voted to grant cert. in two cases involving freedom of worship: South Bay Pentecostal Church v. Newsom (I'm one of the plaintiff lawyers) & Calvary Chapel Dayton Valley v. Sisolak. Justice Roberts' concurring opinion denying cert in/
3/ South Bay Pentecostal has been used by state AGs to eviscerate constitutionally & statutorily grounded challenges to excessive government power. Right now protesters are gathering & Dems threatening riots over J. Ginsburg but many can't pray in church this Sunday. This double/
4/ Standard is brought to you by J. Roberts over the objections of the other conservatives. The constitutionalists need a reinforcement against the situational ethics of the so-called 5-4 court. This isn't just about election. This is also about massive COVID civil rights abuses.
5/ So Senators, do your jobs b/c there's a lot more at stake here than Roe v. Wade, or Obamacare, or other issue voters care about. COVID restrictions have gutted our economy, destroyed our right to pray, eliminated due process, & enabled property takings. End the tyranny now!

Ok.

* Stuff happens Jan 6 2021. This date is IRRELEVANT to prosecuting conspiracy or other wrongdoing re weaponazation (general 5 year statute)

* Jan 6 committee in Congress forms in the summer. This is a relevant date (SOL mid 2026 potentially)

* Jack Smith appointed over a year later as special counsel in November … statute runs on his obvious shenanigans late 2027

* Democrats in Congress and those in the states colluding with Biden WH hide their behavior, some of which STILLL HASN’T come to light! Statute
runs on this five years after their
concealed behavior is known to the government. This means the statute could run in the next administration.

STOP POSTING CLICKBAIT BS!!! You are being used!
A relevant (but not the only) SOL is 18 USC § 3282, catch all statute of five years.

2/ — It is a fundamental First Amendment precept that the media and public have a strong interest in viewing court filings and also seeing what their government — in this case federal prosecutors — are doing in their name. @Not_the_Bee reports on the news, and wants to see what’s up
and why the government is trying to gag a defendant whistleblower, his lawyers, and also do some other stuff they don’t want the public to see. Why is that?

When Kamala Harris was SF DA, one of her top deputies regularly rounded the office urging prosecutors to stop by Harris' fundraisers for re-election to donate and/or volunteer. One of them told me she was told it would be good for her career to contribute. Message was clear.
While Harris was the DA in San Francisco, the supervisor in one of the criminal units was a no-show who literally phoned it in from San Diego, filling out fake time sheets from there where his boyfriend was. This went on for years, only ending under George Gascon's tenure.
Another prosecutor in Kamala Harris' DA office told me that the office, as policy, did not allege prior crime "strikes" in indictments as is routinely done in other counties such as the one where the deputy DA had come from. This DDA was criticized for alleging strikes; only supervisors were allowed to authorize this and it was rarely done, yet another way Harris went soft on crime.

💔 The love of my life, my soulmate, my heart, Sarvjit Singh Randhawa left this world today after a long struggle with Parkinson’s and cancer. He passed away peacefully with his son and I holding his hands. He gave me a joyous life ever since we met, and I will always love him.

To all the friends and family who met Sarv & were uplifted by his deep, infectious laughter, thank you for the support you gave us over the last two years of increasing challenges. The unfailing kindness and generosity helped ease the transition. I’ll never forget it.
Sarv had an amazing life—worked his way through college as a miner, timber worker, nautical draftsman, technical
writer. Started nuclear power plants as a nuclear engineer. Owned a folk music club in Berkeley. Avid sailor and clawhammer banjo player. Loved 🇺🇸 and we thanked God every day for bringing us here and bringing us together. Sarv and I met later in life but it was the best 16 years of our lives. I want to remember him in all those happy moments as well as his courage, good humor, and dignity at the end. 💔Image

Harris received the dishonor of being named the “most progressive DA” in California – in other words, Kamala Harris was the most far-left prosecutor in the most liberal state. Harris’ sanctuary city policies enabled Edwin Ramos, for example, to murder a father and his two sons.
As D.A., Harris was the worst of both worlds: A soft-on-crime progressive prosecutor who failed to keep her city safe, and who looked the other way when it came to ethics and public integrity.
