Something to monitor! There is a Ukrainian delegation headed to DC this week organized by a fraudulent looking NGO in Ukraine. It isn't clear who is funding this NGO but the delegation consists of reps from National Bank of Ukraine, Ukreximbank, Prosecutor's Generals office
3 American lobbying companies are involved in organizing this trip. When reached for comment National Bank of Ukraine denied existence of trip yet 58,000 was paid by NGO “Ukrainian Guild of Activists” to arrange this trip. These "activists" are coming to arrange high level meets
Tricuro appears to have engaged D.C. International Advisory LLC, and Southfive Strategies, LLC as sub-contractors. Tricuro is headed by David Sowells known for working for a Honduran murderer. DC International Advisory is headed by Stephen Yates who worked for Cheney and Giuliani
The Ukrainian Guild of Activist is non-profit which appear as if it may be connected by entities associated with Ukrainian Oligarchs Kolomoisky (PrivatBank) and Oleg Bakhmatyuk (VAB Bank) both of whom have been accused of looting billions from Ukrainian banks under their control
According to FARA's filed "The purpose of the visit is to build relations between these Ukrainian institutions and their counterparts in Washington, DC, as well as undertake a wider public affairs program."
Tricuro will help “identify senior targets within the U.S. Administration, Capitol Hill, think tanks, academia, finance, the media and wider Washington, DC networks with whom the delegation should engage” and “arrange high-level meetings for the delegation

Also the only activity the NGO Ukrainian Guild of Activists have had is organizing an intimidation campaign against a judge involved in the Oleg Bakhmatyuk case (VAB Bank)
