There is "Tarzan's Deadly Silence", from 1970, which is apparently two episodes of the 60s Tarzan TV series spliced together. Nichelle Nichols is in this one! Although I doubt she was cast as a love interest. Anyway, not sure if this is "Tarzan's Deadly Game," but close enough.

"Girls For Men Only" and "Orgy Girls" weren't showing at a drive-in, but at the Fine Arts, which was a Springfield theater with very sticky seats during that era. The former might have been "Hot Girls for Men Only", a 1967 British sexploitation short by Peter Walker.
