Atlanteans built the Star Forts world wide, war/reset happened, then they went covert. Tartaria was their proxy, as were most countries & cultures.
Atlanteans founded secret societies that knew the truth and preserved teachings and technology. Some are still good, but many have been infiltrated. (Think White & Black Lodges) These are the world controllers.
Atlantis style was Greco-Roman , which is why buildings of that style are worldwide. This was in the 1600s and 1700s!!! They are responsible for the 'Enlightenment' Era. There are maps showing their island as late as 1831!!!
Atlantis, along with other groups, have been here for untold ages before this one. Advanced technology is NOTHING NEW! Think of myths of Gods controlling the weather, etc.
They 'took' O blood type humans, (Aborigines, tribes, the original human 'beast' of ALL RACES, ACCORDING TO THEIR KINDS) and made them servants in their star fort cities. Rebellion broke out, and we were reset with covert control by deception.
Now we are in another reset/rebellion against the evil factions that enslave us by deception. These cycles sync with Astrology. The outcome is inevitable. GOD / GOOD WINS!!! We are witnessing the destruction of Evil, and it won't gain power again. Welcome to the Age of Aquarius!

I believe these 'gods' are Atlantis archetypes. Their presence on architecture indicated the purpose of the buildings and places. (Goddess Justice on Courthouses, etc.)
