Disagree. She co-founded the Women's Rights Project at the ACLU. The feminist legal community knew her well and knew she had alternative reasoning to support abortion rights.

But her intellectual honesty in critiquing Roe was likely part of what appealed to Orrin Hatch...
...who recommended her to Bill Clinton (see ) ...
...Perhaps a bit more dicey might have RBG's appellate court record, which leaned conservative...
...but Democrats have long been comfortable with moderate-liberal justices, and have *not* demanded "activist" judges.

Case in point: Merrick Garland.

Last year Charlie Kirk’s right-wing Turning Point operation began hawking at $108M GOTV plan focusing on AZ, GA, WI.

But Turning Point has no successful track record in the GOTV biz.

But it doesn’t answer the Q if that’s *why* Iran delayed…

How Democrats should handle the current migrant influx, both rhetorically and substantively, is a vexing challenge. But one they need to meet or else they will turn on each other.

Dems need to communicate that the influx is a short-term problem but a long-term opportunity.

* We have a labor shortage and need workers.

* Many are fleeing broken socialist countries. America should be a bulwark against authoritarianism by welcoming those seeking freedom...
* Yet the huge number of people coming puts real strain on cities trying to provide immediate food, shelter, education, and work.

* We need to better manage the flow, so we can fix the problems and reap the benefits....
