- Brought gay marriage to forefront and made it become a reality.

- Oversaw infrastructure spending to counteract the Great Recession

- Helped formulate U.S. policy toward Iraq through the withdrawal of U.S. troops in 2011.

- Federal rape shield law.

- Legal aid for survivors of domestic violence.

- Funding for victim assistance services, like rape crisis centers and hotlines.

- Programs to meet the needs of immigrant women and women of different races or ethnicities.

- Programs and services for victims with disabilities.

- Work to passing The Matthew Shepard and James Byrd, Jr. Hate Crimes Prevention Act, historic legislation expanding hate crimes law to include crimes based on one’s actual or perceived gender, sexual orientation, gender identity, or disability

- Championing LGBTQ Protections in the 2013 Violence Against Women Act Re-Authorization

- Defending Equal Benefits to Same-Sex Couples

- Launched First Comprehensive National HIV/AIDS Strategy

- Early Support for HIV/AIDS Resources. Biden has long fought for access to treatment for people with HIV/AIDS. Dating back to 1987, he voted to authorize critical funding for medication that prolonged life for people with AIDS

- Cut prescription drug cost for medi-care recipients by 50%

- Insurance companies must cover pre-existing conditions

- Expanded state run health insurance to cover additional four million kids

- Insurance companies can no longer drop you when you get sick

- Sponsored reauthorization of the Global AIDS program (PEPFAR), which significantly expanded the funding and targets for treatment, care, and prevention of HIV/AIDS and repealed statutory ban on visas for people who were HIV-positive

- Action to combat ebola and H1N1 saved countless lives

- Created a national pandemic plan and left it for Trump (who disregarded it)

There is a reason why Joe has had the longevity he has had and remains beloved. We know Joe. Joe knows us. Joe cares about Americans.

Let's talk about Donald Trump.

- Trump inherited a prosperous economy and destroyed it. For those who want to blame the virus, we entered a recession in February, before the virus hit our shores or affected our businesses.

- You know what? Let's talk about that virus.

- Trump was confronted with the biggest challenge of his presidency and failed miserably. While other countries took actions to contain the virus, Trump "played it down." He withheld important supplies from states, stoked confusion and unrest, and shipped our PPE to China

- Trump sent our ventilators to Russia

- He mocked people for wearing masks. He refused to wear a mask save for a tweet months after the pandemic started.

- He ceded responsibility to the Governors and then immediately encouraged unrest and undermined them

- 200,000+ dead

- Millions unemployed. Most jobs will not come back.

- Holds superspreader rallies (and killed Herman Cain)

- Pushed unproven and dangerous drugs

- Suggested Americans inject UV light and bleach

- Our jobs gone. Our communities decimated.

- Sowed distrust in the free press.

- Attacked our most cherished institutions.

- Took Russia's side over our own intelligence

- Alienated our allies.

- Abandoned Puerto Rico in crisis and denied the official death toll

- Gave PPP money for small biz to rich friends

- Violated nepotism laws, putting his unqualified children in positions of power

- Stoked violence and unrest on our streets

- Refused to condemn, and actually defended the murderer in Kenosha

- Gassed peaceful protesters to take a photo op

- Tax cuts to the wealthy

- Defended and emboldened white supremacists

- Family separations and deaths of migrant children

- Pulled out of the Iran deal, making a nuclear Iran a growing threat

- Pulled out of climate deal

- Removed key provisions of the ACA without having a plan

- Quid Pro Quo with Ukraine and IMPEACHMENT

- Continued coordination with Russia

- Dozens of indictments/charges against staff, multiple guilty please

- Mocked disabled reporter

- Lowered our discourse

- Credibly accused of sexual assault 26+ times, including with minors
