Now, the SCOBY or the cendawan used to make kombucha is not compatible wt chlorine. Chlorine kills off the SCOBY.
That might be where we lost the handing down of the art of making the air mut2
SCOBY ni is Self Containing Biorganism By Yeast. Dia yg jagi agen penaoaian bagi air teh manis tuh.

I asked many org2 tua dulu bakper panggil cendawan mekah? Bakper boleh buat air mut2 nih?
Dari kompilasi keterangan beberapa orang mak dapat this conclusion.

Kat Cafe ni we make our own Kombucha. I brew them up to 15 liters per batch. Harvest every 5-6 days.
Lps harvest we then infused them with other plants dr Kebun. Contohnya roselle, pandan, lemongrass, ginger etc.
Lps infused for 48hours, baru we sell it chilled to our customers.
If uolls buat kat rumah, infusekan dgn fresh fruits lah. Sedap sikit. Guna aloe vera pun sedap. Grapes, apple and oranges works well.
Kalo suka spicy2 use cinnamon sticks and clove pun nice

Bila kita buat sendiri we decide what ingredients goes into it. We decide how much sugar we wanna have in it at the end of fermentation - timing of harvest tuh.
Lebih baik drpd minum Vitagen or Yakult yg ada added flavours, preservatives dan colourings
Our family takes kombucha as our daily supplement for healthy guts. We save money from buying an array of multivitamins from pharmaceuticals companies.
Besides eating healthy, kombucha is a an add on to a balanced diet

Aiyooo... stop increasing the retirement age lah and start letting younger generation take over pls. Many wish to retire at the age of 50 or maybe even younger.

I finally submitted my entry for this month's Soap Challenge Club.
We had to make ultra thin lines on our soaps as per tutorial by Tatiana and this challenge is hosted by Amy Warden.
This is the mandatory b4 swirl pics that we have to submit. So that it canbe ascertained that we used 5 colours in a slab mould to qualify for this challenge.
