Citizens of India, especially those that live in the cities are completely disconnected with 'Bharat' that constitutes more than 80% of India. They don't understand 'hunger', 'poverty', 'malnutrition', 'infant mortality', 'lack of

toilets', 'lack of water supply for drinking purposes' and many more such things that make the life of Bharat a daily struggle.

They think that the world begins and ends with their own world where everything is available and plenty. Where they go hungry only if they want to shed

some weight, where money is available at a nearby ATM or in the mobile phone itself, where 'malnutrition' means not eating cheese for a few days or staying off pizza, where infants don't die and perhaps infants are not even wanted, where toilets are attached to bed rooms

itself, where municipal corporations ensure water in every tap and bottled water can be bought.

This India needs to connect with 'Bharat' and you can make it happen when you travel. Such distress is visible not more than 50 kilometers out of your own city limits or comfort zones

Take out that camera, make things happen. Become an agent of change
