Lalitha sahasra is not chanted religiously during periods.
A shrotha and manas Sthuthi are two ways people chant it. Manomaya way chanting within ur manas indriya is a natural process of any human if connected deeply to god.
Lalitha has hidden Beejas in the same so avoided.
Beejas have affect on various chakras in body. Beejas are just the shrota version of the gods. These invoke gods and informs an aura around us, also making changes in the body's chakras energies sometimes kindles Kundalini.
During periods our energies flow downwards and Beejas mantras make your energy flow move upwards, the way of Kundalini in down to top flow. These energy clashes and brings alot of disturbances in body too. Women can't handle the kindling of the Kundalini with high energy flows
Women with periods have negative auras accumulated due to loss of blood, the smell around doesn't support people to really invoke gods and pray pleasantly. Nevertheless the people can always do Manahsmarana of any god which will keep the woman's heart at feel at peace & guarded
Lalitha Sahasrama is a journey within itself and you can achieve totally different benefits reading the same. Lalitha itself is Kundalini.
Shree Chakra Upasana is also taken by few devotees, but this is not mandatory for Chanting Lalitha Sahaara for daily puja
This step is very important, staying clean in speech

Pitra Dosh– In contrast to the misconception of it being the curse from forefathers, Pitra Dosh is actually a karmic debt of the ancestors. It is reflected in the Kundli in a form of malefic planetary combinations and is to be paid by the person having Pitra dosha in his Kundli.
To put it simply, Pitra dosh is formed in a person’s horoscope, when his/her ancestors have committed some sin or mistake. So, in exchange for that, the native is held accountable to pay for the wrongdoings of their forefather’s past deeds by going through various punishments.
Presence of Pitra Dosha in one’s horoscope may bring about some inevitable and unexpected hardships in the native’s life. It causes severe ups and downs in one’s lifespan. The native tends to suffer from a lack of mental decisiveness and money.

Where did Alakshmi come from :
Alakshmi is said to have emerged with Ma Lakshmi during the churning of the ocean of milk or 'samudra manthan'. While Lakshmi emerged with the 'amrit' or nectar, Alakshmi emerged with the 'halahal' or poison.
yet some believe, Lakshmi was born from the radience of Lord Brahma's face while Alakshmi was born from the darkness of his back
