Trump's tax returns should be enough to have prosecuted for tax crimes but I highly doubt the billions he helped Russian mafia and Kremlin insiders launder over the past 2 decades are included.
He is a thief, criminal, and con man for 4 decades. Not to mention beholden to the Kremlin. Of course he would use every loophole to cheat the system
With that said the debt listed would be a huge red flag for anyone obtaining a government position. It would be concern for someone being influenced. Except with Trump the influence began in mid 80s when he started his affair w Russian mafia/intel
