ML has always been good on the LGBT+ side.

Juleka & Rose confirmed. And the show has always included them alongside the other couples, making sure the audience knows their relationship is the same as the romantic het ones. They’ve also canonly kissed, watch any scene compilation ImageImage
We don’t get to see Nathaniel & Marc as much because Marc isn’t in the class like Juleka & Rose are, so hopefully they improve on that, fans have gotten confirmation though!

Marc is also intentionally designed after a genderfluid friend of the creator & is confirmed LGBT+ ImageImage
So now we have 3 canon LGBT+ couples!

Lesbian buff superhero moms. I love that Majestia also represents America (say like, Captain America)

Juleka c Rose who are future heroes, and Nathaniel x Marc. I think they’re gonna be heroes too...?

I understand that in order for things to be greenlit there needs to be some sort of "evidence" that the last thing that was greenlit did well and V9 isn't out yet - but you'd think that would outweigh keeping people who have literally worked on #RWBY for 5-8 years :/
(Keep in mind this speculation) RWBY [as far as I remember] always got future Volumes greenlit in press releases as soon as the first episode of the current volume dropped. V9 isn't out yet, so V10 isn't greenlit. But people aren't gonna wait around, they're gonna get new jobs.
RT can hire new people. They can even try to re-hire the old people. But there's no one better experienced to work on RWBY than the people who have been working on RWBY. It's nutty to me that whoever controls this would rather lose **all the animators** than greenlight for V10.

A few months ago, I exposed CanonSeeker for lying to his followers, creating multiple alt accounts to harass people & ban evading - so now he’s going around on Tumblr pretending *not* to be himself as he accuses me of being Transphobic/Misogynistic/AltRight to discredit me.
I want to know where this dusty CisHet man finds the audacity to claim we support people who are transphobic —— when we have been targeted time and time again for our (Hunter & I) respective queer identities, and have had to constantly fight against transphobic people in the FNDM
The response of the person “TotallyNotCanonSeeker” sent this ask to is even more baffling.

We have lost patrons because Hunter is trans/I’m GF. Numerous times. By my own hand in banning them. You cannot pander to those people while authentically living as yourself.

Because CanonSeeker is already spinning narratives...:

CanonSeeker, on multiple occasions, has participated in spreading lies about me, my content, & sending anonymous asks on Tumblr to others whenever I criticize RWBY to have users "Call me out".
Any time I have made any sort of RWBY Criticism, no matter how benign (even criticizing the gen:LOCK S2 OP... lol) he goes around warning people that "Calxiyn is getting dragged into the HDTM/Toxicity". When the most toxic person I have ever encountered on this website is him.
I have called CanonSeeker out for this multiple times. He would apologize, delete his lies about me (lies about what I said in my Cinder video, saying I was an Ironwood apologist, that I "supported the HDTM") & promise to change.

But it happened again & again. Like to Raijin.

i think when people get into my replies and start to annoy / rant at me i'm going to say:

"Your free trial has expired. In order to renew your access, please proceed here" and it's just a link to my donation website lol.
I'm always happy to talk to the people who enjoy my videos 😊 or even the people who don't and want to give criticism. But I do not get paid to argue with people on Twitter. Some people have motivations I'm not okay with, I'm going to bill them by the hour lol.
(Also, clearly, this doesn't apply to my RWBYTuber friends / my artist friends etc. Even if we're in disagreement, y'all don't annoy me. I want to mention this, because I don't want my actual friends to think they're bothering me. I'm talking about like, strangers)

I wasn’t going to say anything about this - but this post has been circulating Tumblr & was on the RWBY Reddit earlier (it was taken down, probably for this reason) & I finally got annoyed.

This whole “Anti RWBY” “Pro RWBY” “HDTM vs FNDM” thing is getting so fucking ridiculous. ImageImageImageImage
Also, there is an Anon on Tumblr who keeps bothering this same poor person about me.

“Guess Cal finally decided to join the RWDE side” cause I criticized gL & fairytales? Cause I made a title that caught peoples attention & spread information?

I almost want to reach out to the "Zwei" person who keeps getting these stupid comments from an Anon and apologize for the fact that crazy people are up in their Tumblr Asks

Controversially I think the “RWBYTubers” (think like, who we had in the Ozcars or on the RWBYTubers panel etc) are the chillest part of the FNDM in terms of “sides interacting with *each other*” like people talk about ‘critics vs fans’ but I feel like that’s only w/ regular users
Like people think we’d have such problems with the critical RWBYTubers but they’re in my DMs giving me advice, a place to vent, or we support their Patreons.

And the critic YouTubers that people seem to think would hate reactors actively support us & watch our content.
That doesn’t mean we haven’t had our share of disagreements, even publicly.

But generally people talk about this “critic vs fan” type war but I don’t feel that among the other creators. Maybe b/c we all understand the struggle of content creating, so we are more understanding
