I saw the destruction and talked to those civilians affected directly by this unprovoked war. If you could see the affects of this unjust aggression in person, the scale of the destruction and heartbreak, helping the Ukrainian people at this time would not be a question.
We have so much to deal with at home, but this is an existential and humanitarian crisis that has implications beyond Ukraine. I hope we can all stand together with those struggling for their lives and freedom right now.
