A Positive View - Why women don't perform Pujas or visit Temples During Menstruation
Our body has enormous energy flows in the systems. In a human body two vital energies flows in various motions for processes inside the body.
These vayus are
Prana Vayu - upward flowing-
operates from the heart area - vitalizing life forces
Vyana Vayu - operates throughout the whole body - coordinating energy throughout the systems
Samana Vayu - operates from the navel area, deals with digestion - mental discrimination between useful and not useful thoughts
Udana Vayu - operates from the throat drives exhalation, operating in conjunction with Prana Vayu, which deals with inhalation
Apana Vayu - downward flowing energy - operates from the base of the torso in the rectum area - elimination processes.
The same also helps in shedding of the uterine lining when women menstruate hence accumulating negative or weak auras around due to losts of energy loss.
In temples and places with pujas there is a Kindling of kundalini in body. The energy flows clash in such a way that the apana and prana vayu travel reversing in directions to meet at a point for Kundalini. This unintentional kindling of the energies affect women's body in depths
All spiritual activities aim to uplift the flow of energies in the body. This upward kindle of energy obstructing the downward flow of menstruating elimination causes harmful effects to systems.
They face irregularities in the organ and issues related to fertility and menstrual flow arise in such conditions. Conditions like amenorrhoea (absence of a menstrual period) and dysmenorrhoea (severe uterine pain during menstruation) etc.,leads to weakening of a womans condition
There would be serious impact on ovulating capacity and shifting of menstruating cycles to early and frequent or late responsive as per the complications. A serious hormonal rushes disturbs a woman's mental and emotional response to the environment.
The disturbances are not seen prominently by naked eyes, but there are huge disturbances at organ levels due to clashes in vital energy flows. The energies were Tamasic and Rajasic and didn't support sathwik flows.
These Rajasic and Tamasic energies obstruct a woman from recepting any sathwik vibrations as such and sometimes make them fall prey to any susceptible negativities wandering around.
What to do when you want to pray ?
Manomaya Namaparayan( Name Calling ) of Ishta Devi Devta, helps women a lot to keep their Manomaya kosha intact. This kosha is responsible for balanced mind and emotions and covers the aatman. No Bijas and mantras to be invoked.
Women during menstruation in ancient times were given a special place in home to 1. Rest frm natural chores 2. Have your own world of relaxation 3. Give a man opportunity to take th responsibilities 4. Stay healthy and restful by being at a place 5. Eat well and sleep peacefully
A woman needs good healthy meal, clean & Hygiene life, lift less weights and not stress body more because excessive stress on uterus has bad effects leading to infertility problems too in cases.
They needs calm yoga poses & Mudra yoga, soft music & calm chants to help compensate lot of energy losses. Women can't handle the kindling of the Kundalini with high energy flows without a preperation in self, esp uncalled during the menstruation.

Pitra Dosh– In contrast to the misconception of it being the curse from forefathers, Pitra Dosh is actually a karmic debt of the ancestors. It is reflected in the Kundli in a form of malefic planetary combinations and is to be paid by the person having Pitra dosha in his Kundli.
To put it simply, Pitra dosh is formed in a person’s horoscope, when his/her ancestors have committed some sin or mistake. So, in exchange for that, the native is held accountable to pay for the wrongdoings of their forefather’s past deeds by going through various punishments.
Presence of Pitra Dosha in one’s horoscope may bring about some inevitable and unexpected hardships in the native’s life. It causes severe ups and downs in one’s lifespan. The native tends to suffer from a lack of mental decisiveness and money.
Alakshmi or Jayestha is the elder sister of Goddess Lakshmi. She represents everything that is opposite of Lakshmi. She is the Goddess of misfortune, strife, poverty, 'durbhagya' , inauspiciousness and extreme ugliness.
Where did Alakshmi come from :
Alakshmi is said to have emerged with Ma Lakshmi during the churning of the ocean of milk or 'samudra manthan'. While Lakshmi emerged with the 'amrit' or nectar, Alakshmi emerged with the 'halahal' or poison.
yet some believe, Lakshmi was born from the radience of Lord Brahma's face while Alakshmi was born from the darkness of his back
